The Yoga Studio at Halo

At Halo Wellness our mission is to provide you with services that address your mind, body and spirit.  Yoga is an excellent way to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.  We offer yoga classes that are meant to compliment our many other health enhancing treatments.   Please bring your own mat, towel and water.   

Current Yoga Schedule

Tuesdays 8am – Hatha yoga with Lisa O’Brien

Wednesdays 6:15pm – 6 week series classes – Please see Events page for current series information

Thursdays 7:30pm – Yoga and Meditation with Lisa O’Brien

Yoga and series classes may include the following styles of yoga:

Hatha – Gentle form of yoga to align the spine and open the main channels of energy in the body.  If you are new to yoga this is a great place to start!

Ashtanga - A modern day form of classical Indian yoga popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois.  In the beginner class you will learn to understand the sequence of poses that make up the primary series as well as the importance of connecting breath with movement.

Restorative - A gentle healing form of Hatha Yoga that is practiced with props to provide a supportive environment for total relaxation.  This class is slow, deeply nurturing and suitable for all ages.   This is also great for individuals with physical limitations.

Yoga and Meditation – begins with a centering meditation, warm ups and  postures designed to calm the nervous system and bring centering and focus to the mind.  Class will finish with different forms of meditation that will be experienced for the last 20 minutes of class which includes savasana (relaxation)


Drop in rate is $15 per class

10 Class Card – $100 ($10 per class)
