Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.  Please be courteous and respectful of your therapists time by providing the required notice.  A charge in the amount of $50.00 will be made unless we are able to re-book your therapist with another client.   Please understand that we are a small business with limited appointments and as such we have a strict no show policy with no exceptions.  All no shows will be required to pay the fee of $50 plus pre-pay the full amount of service upon re-booking.  Upon the second no show you will incur 100% of the appointment cost and will not be eligible to book another appointment with us.

Payment

Payment is required at the time services are rendered and are subject to 6.625% NJ state sales tax.  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Due to rising costs as of June 1, 2023 we will include a 3% surcharge on credit card transactions.  Thank you for understanding.

Gratuities

Our massage therapists work hard and take pride in their gift therefore it is customary to give your massage therapist a 15-20% gratuity if you are pleased with the treatments you receive.   All gratuities can be in the form of cash or through Venmo.  The front desk can advise you of the Venmo information for your therapist.  Please note that as of January 1, 2017 we can no longer accept gratuities on credit cards.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Courtesy

At Halo Wellness Center we strive to create a peaceful and tranquil environment where you can escape from the hectic pace of everyday life.  Please respect other guests right to privacy and relaxation by speaking quietly and silencing all electronics.

Customer Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your experience at Halo Wellness Center please let one of our staff members know prior to leaving the facility. We will make every effort to accommodate you and ensure 100% satisfaction.  Please note that all packages, memberships and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Valuables

Personal belongings will remain in the privacy of your treatment room.  Halo Wellness Center is not responsible for any lost valuables.
