Swedish full body massage combined with the effective power of special emotional aromatherapy.  Modern scientific studies confirm that essential oils can be used effectively to help balance emotions and brighten moods.  Oils to choose from include: Peace, Motivate, Cheer, Passion, Forgive and Console.

This therapeutic massage combines many of the same flowing strokes as Swedish massage with specific techniques that focus on the deeper layers of the muscle and connective tissue. The therapist also works with stronger pressure to release chronic muscle tension, pain and “knots”, increase circulation, remove toxins and help restore range of motion and balance to the body.

 Great for the largest organ, the skin!  First, we exfoliate the entire body to remove dead and dull skin which is then followed by a full body flowing massage using organic coconut oil. Coconut oil is great for re-hydrating, repairing and healing the skin!  Your skin will be softer and smoother and your body looser and more relaxed.

 A full body treatment using techniques that are modified for individuals affected by cancer.  Our therapists are highly trained and have an informed understanding of the disease itself and the many ways it can affect the body.  They have the ability to safely provide soothing massage treatments based on your unique situation.  A therapist trained in oncology massage is essential to the well being and safety of those undergoing treatment as well as those in recovery. 

The lymphatic system is a circulatory system that moves immune cells and removes dead cellular debris. A stagnant lymph system can lead to chronic illness & disease.  One way to improve lymphatic function is through this special massage which uses very light pressure and long, gentle rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph and help the body to eliminate toxins.  Also helps with fluid retention including lymphedema.  Please note we do not perform lymph drainage following liposuction.

A specialized massage to reduce pregnancy discomforts and enhance the physiological and emotional well-being of both mother and baby. The mom-to-be is comfortably positioned for maximum comfort and relaxation. Please note you must be past your first trimester to safely receive a massage.

Himalayan salt contains 84 minerals and nutrients which has many benefits for the body and skin.  During this treatment the therapist will use a Himalayan salt bar to exfoliate, polish and purify the skin.  This is followed by a soothing massage infused with organic coconut oil which will nourish the skin and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and glowing.  You will keep the Himalayan salt bar to use at home for continued skin benefits. (Not recommended for those with sensitive skin)

Your feet hold the pathways to your entire body.  Certain areas of the feet correspond to organs and functions in the body.  Our therapists are trained to apply pressure to these areas to reduce stress and tension, improve circulation and support normalized function of those areas in the body. This service also includes a lower leg and foot massage and ends with a soothing hot towel treatment.  We recommend wearing comfortable clothes. Shoes and socks must be removed.

Cupping is an ancient form of alternative treatment in which our trained therapist uses special cups to create suction which expands the capillaries and increases the amount of fluid entering and leaving the tissues. The benefits include relief from muscle/joint pain, sports recovery, toxin release, toning/firming skin.  Please note that cupping may leave red areas on the skin which is considered normal and will subside in 2-3 days. Not recommended for those on blood thinners or bruise easily.

A unique and relaxing massage with roots in Ayurvedic medicine which encourages deep relaxation.  The feet are massaged with a Kansa Vatki bowl, which is made of three different metals: copper, believed to help with pain reduction, inflammation and arthritis; zinc for the immune system and digestion; and tin for digestion and relief from headaches and insomnia.  The penetrating scalp massage is infused with ayurvedic hair herbs stimulating hair growth and making hair strong and shiny. 

Synergy stones are custom made to deliver a unique massage experience.  The stones warm muscles and tendons for easier release as well as promote relaxation.  They also encourage blood and lymph circulation and help detoxify the body.  This is a truly unique healing experience.

Tuning forks are incorporated into the massage in specific areas to release stagnant energy, release muscle tension, relieve pain and stimulate the healing process.  Since the body is mostly comprised of fluids and water it is an excellent conductor of sound and vibration.  The forks are tuned to the sound of Ohm,  the most sacred sound in the universe.  Your body will intuitively respond to this resonance which promotes self-healing.
